Copyright Notice
Gone Coastal Media, LLC retains full copyright of all photographic, video, drone, and digital media content produced. Clients are granted a limited license to use the media strictly for the purpose and duration of marketing the specified property. Full rights are not transferred or sold unless explicitly agreed upon in writing.

Media Usage Rights
The original paying client (typically a real estate agent, broker, or property owner) may use the delivered media—including photographs, videos, drone content, floor plans, and 3D models—for marketing the property during the active listing period.

This license does not permit resale, redistribution, or use of the media by other parties (such as other agents, contractors, or brokers) without written consent from Gone Coastal Media, LLC.

Clients may use the media for personal brand marketing (websites, digital ads, etc.), with appropriate credit. For use in printed publications not owned by the client (e.g., magazines, third-party listing sites), written approval and possible licensing fees may apply.

Prohibited Use & Copyright Enforcement
Use of media without payment or beyond the scope of the license is a copyright violation. Clients who do not pay or who continue to use the content unlawfully will be required to remove it within 24 hours and may face legal action.
Modifications to Media
No alterations, editing, filters, or photoshopping may be applied to any media without written approval from Gone Coastal Media, LLC. Cropping for formatting purposes is acceptable. Please reach out with any retouch requests, and we will be glad to assist.

Shared & Stock Content
Generic “community” content (neighborhood signs, amenities, clubhouses, etc.) may be shared between clients as stock imagery and remains the property of Gone Coastal Media, LLC.

Property Preparedness
Properties must be photo-ready at the time of the scheduled shoot. Gone Coastal Media, LLC does not provide cleaning, staging, or decluttering services. Refer to our [Pre-Shoot Checklist] for guidelines. A $50 reshoot fee may apply for properties not ready upon arrival.

Weather Policy
We shoot in all weather except active rain. Cloudy or overcast conditions are not eligible for free rescheduling. If rain prevents shooting, the client may reschedule at no charge.

Photo & Video Guarantee
We strive to deliver high-quality visuals that professionally represent your property. If concerns arise, we’ll make reasonable adjustments to meet expectations. Please review our sample portfolio before booking to understand our style and quality standards.

Mileage & Travel Policy
Our standard service area includes properties within 20 miles of Navarre, Florida. For projects beyond this radius, a mileage fee of $0.75 per mile will be applied, based on the total round trip.
FAA Drone Regulations
Due to the proximity of military airfields and civilian airports, some drone operations may require FAA airspace authorization. If proper notice is not provided and clearance cannot be secured in time, Gone Coastal Media will work with the client to reschedule the drone shoot or the entire session as needed.

Payment & Delivery
Standard media delivery (photo and video) is within 24–48 hours, depending on project size and editing requirements. A delivery link will be provided and remain active for 60 days. Clients are encouraged to download promptly.

Payment is due upon delivery. Continued use of the media without payment constitutes copyright infringement.

Media Use in Marketing
Gone Coastal Media, LLC reserves the right to use any photos, video, drone, 3D, or digital media content we create for promotional purposes, including portfolios, social media, website galleries, and advertising materials.
​
Right to Refuse Service
Gone Coastal Media, LLC reserves the right to refuse service or terminate client relationships due to non-payment, poor communication, or unreasonable behavior.
